Spending my 30th with just my Dad in the Cairngorms for a winter mountaineering skills course is perfect 🏔 Much less pressure on a bit of a scary milestone!

Mountaineering is the only adventure in which the climber has to face death every moment, with a small carelessness the body can be buried alive for centuries in the cracks of ice. The great mountaineer Major HPS Ahluwalia was one of those inspiring climbers.
